Melissa Ricks

Melissa originally started at Downing & Associates in 1993. For many years, Melissa ran the Gravette location of the company. She joined the Thorn Group in 2016. She has 25 years of payroll, bookkeeping, and tax experience. Melissa serves as our Bookkeeping Practice Leader and provides tax preparation services. With her knowledge and experience, she has streamlined the bookkeeping department for maximum effectiveness to offer value for our clients. Melissa is active in her church, enjoys scrapbooking, and spending time with her family, especially enjoying her grandson.
