James E. Childress, CPA

James is a 1981 graduate of the University of Arkansas and became a CPA in 1989.  He has been working in the income tax preparation and financial reporting fields since 1985.  While James specializes in financial reporting, which involves the preparation of financial statements for annual reporting of not-for-profit organizations, business license renewals, bonding applications and loan applications, he also prepares hundreds of small to large tax returns each year.

Having over 30 years of experience in the accounting field, James has many areas of focus.  He has prepared innumerable tax returns for large and small businesses, many of them in the construction industry.  He also is very knowledgeable regarding Trust and Estate Planning, Not-For-Profit and Ministry Accounting and Tax Reporting.

James is a volunteer and serves as an advisor for many churches and other organizations.
